I cannot say enough great things about this company and the engineers. When I rang the office and the lady was very polite and knowledgable, and has a fantastic sense of humour. The engineer (Terry) is fantastic, he went above and beyond, and literally rebuilt our circuit board as our freezer was so old we couldn’t get parts. Fantastic – their customer service is first rate. The air conditioning unit in our computer server room failed leaving us in a really worrying predicament as the room was approaching 30 degrees. We phoned them at 16.00, they were here by 18.30. They installed a new unit the next day, the workmen were friendly, tidy and worked really hard to get us back to normal. I would highly recommend SRS Facilities without hesitation.
